6 Step Approach.

You have an idea of what you want so whats next? First question you want to know is what the approximate cost will be and how it may look when completed. We offer Design/build FLAT FEE based services that are customized to meet your needs.

1. We set up a meeting or phone call with you to discuss your needs and budget parameters. This part of our process is at no charge to you.
2. We will take all the time needed to educate you and explain our building process and what you should expect throughout the journey. The most important first decision you need to make is in choosing your builder.
   
3. Once you have chosen us and have the land ( if not already), we will visit to insure the house design idea will work and what elevation options the land offers.
4. After we have agreed to the scope of services and basic plan ideas, you will work with our draftsman to create a custom set of drawings that you will review and adjust until the project design has been completed.
5. Once a set of drawings have been produced and approved by you, we will create an open book, itemized budget to insure the home will be within your acceptable limits.
6. Now that you have decided to allow us to partner with you to build your new home, We will then produce a set of final plans, set of specifications and take the project out to bid with our world class suppliers and tradesman. This will narrow down the cost and the time frame involved to complete the project.
